Lead student recruitment, retention, marketing, digital user experience and partnership development for Johnson State College's degree completion and continuing education programs. Serve as a liaison between Distance Education Programs and Academic/Student Support Services.
Examples of work performed:
Develop and implement tactical enrollment procedures required to matriculate students into the College's degree completion program.
Lead a collaborative process that results in the development and execution of a metrics-driven, comprehensive enrollment and marketing plan; including the achievement of measured growth in the number of enrolled students.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to create impactful digital experiences and marketing campaigns that reflect the preferences of current and future students with quantifiable results.
Serve as liaison between all Distance Education Programs (online and community based) and Academic Programs and Student Support Services.
Contribute significantly to an exemplary student/customer experience, in part, by maintaining a heightened awareness of emerging best practices for student matriculation.
Master's degree plus 6-10 years of experience in distance learning, higher education, student support and marketing or a combination of education and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired.
Demonstrated success in marketing, student acquisition and online programs in a higher education setting.
